Ordering and Delivery Information
- All orders placed online will receive an "Pending" acknowledgement.
- All confirmed orders will receive an "Processing" acknowledgement indicating that the order is processed when payment has been received.
- All confirmed orders will receive an "Preparing [Paypal IPN]" acknowledgement indicating that the order is processing in paypal secure payment.
- All confirmed orders will receive an "Delivered" acknowledgement indicating that the order is delivered out to the customer.
- For bulk orders, availability of the stocks maybe delayed and requires about 5 weeks for restock of goods.
- For customized orders will take up to 4 weeks to deliver upon confirmation of artwork and payment
- Customers will be inform of stock availability
Breakdown of Delivery Services
- Singpost (Local Normal Postage) – 3 working days (Singpost Normal Postage Rates applies)
- Singpost (Local Registered Postage) – 3 working days (Flat Fee of $4 per order)
- Speedpost (EMS Worldwide Delivery) – 3 to 10 working days (DHL Registered Mail Postages Rates applies)
Payment Modes
- POSB BANK TRANSFER – For bank transfer please made payment to “POSB Savings 050-384-187”
- BANK CHEQUE – Please sent cheque made payment to “PHANG ALVIN”.
- CREDIT CARD PAYMENT – Paypal secured credit card, accept VISA & Mastercard payments.
Substitution
- SGBulk.com reserves the right to substitute any item with another of equivalent or higher value depending on stock availability.
- Prices are subject to change on festive seasons such as Christmas, Valentine's Day, Chinese New Year etc.
Cancellation of Order
- Cancellation of order must be made 48 hours in advance before the delivery time. Failing which, a cancellation fee of 50% of the selling price is chargeable.
- In the event the order is delivered, the full purchase amount will apply.
- We will refund the amount paid if the order is cancelled due to the unavailability of goods or our inability to deliver the goods within the agreed time frame.
- We will not entertain any cancellations once the order is confirmed and submitted by the customer.

Exchange & Refunds
- All our goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
Customers Databases/Privacy
- Customer information is not sold to or shared with any other parties without prior consent of our customers.

- All warranty conditions are stated in the product/services information provided, unless the manufacturer has provided none.
- For service repairs, please visit to respective manufacturers of the product/services stated in the warranty card.
